Affy meets Mo and an idea is born.
Core Team
Our core team has strong experience in launching startups and delivering successful projects, with deep experience in technology, managing FX and risk and working in the community.
Affy Bhatti is a Co-Founder and CEO of Bless Payments, leading our plans to scale and expand.
Affy also has a long track record with startups. He co-founded a family engineering business and has advised many startups. He also worked in consulting for over 20 years, helping large corporations and governments to deliver some of Australia’s largest and most complex projects.
Mo has over 20 years of experience in the software industry delivering digital products and has experience of delivering core banking solutions across the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
John is an accomplished Financial Crime professional with over 15 years of experience across top Australian financial institutions. He built Afterpay’s entire AML operational capability from inception and has overseen 20,000+ high-risk customer reviews over his career.
Henry has over two decades of experience in treasury management. He has held key roles leading Commonwealth Bank’s Foreign Exchange, NAB’s Corporate and Institutional Markets - Foreign Exchange and was the Head of BNZ Markets, leading teams of financial risk specialists, delivering risk management services across interest rates, foreign exchange, and commodities.
